I started as an SDR.

SDR. Then AE. Then Team Leader. Then VP Global Sales and Business Development - a role I held at both multinational corporations and early-stage startups across four continents. Twenty years. Hundreds of sales teams. Thousands of deals.

Throughout all of it, I kept seeing the same problem. Salespeople, and founders trying to sell themselves, hitting the same wall. They do not know who to sell to. They do not know how to sell. They do not know what to say in the call, the email, the follow-up. Not theory. Not frameworks. The actual words.

I speak Russian, Hebrew, English, and Chinese. I have spent my career selling and building sales teams across four continents.

My career has covered global consumer brands, healthcare SaaS, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and dozens of B2B technology companies - at every stage from seed to public. I have five kids.
